of the RBS group, but with very different
customer profiles. Following the success
of the innovative NatWest rewards
programme that Pepper was heavily
involved in, RBS once again asked for our
assistance. We were tasked with creating
products that built on the success of the
NatWest YourPoints programme, but
conformed to the requirements of these
very distinct businesses. We did. And both
banks were delighted with the results.
